Cancellation and No-Show Policy
A participant who cancels a program within 7 days of the reservation date will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled program.
The Adaptive Sports Center’s objective is to serve as many participants as possible. Activity cancellations and no-shows inherently keep other well deserving participants from receiving our services. Once a reservation is made by a group or individual, other reservations may be denied due to capacity. Without advanced cancellation notice, filling the reserved program is a challenging task due to our remote location.
Reasonable Exceptions
If the resort is open, the chairlifts are running, and the highway accessing the resort is open, we will plan to provide the reserved programs. This includes days with snowy-weather conditions. In such circumstances, if cancellations are received, fees will be charged as per our policies described above. Programs will be canceled and fees will not be charged in the event of unsafe programming conditions, such as lightning, related resort-based closures or delays, or unforeseen CCASC scheduling or logistical considerations.
