2024 Summer Programs
During the summer, CCASC offers weekend campouts and single day programs. CCASC provides lessons, all camping and recreational equipment, as well as all meals. All of our activities are designed with adaptations for varying disabilities.
Weekends: Depending on interest and suitability, weekend camp activities include a combination of mountain biking, rock climbing, kayaking, hiking, fishing, and paddle boarding. Weekends include two days and two nights of camping at our lakeside campground. All weekend programs begin at 6 pm on Friday night and end at 1 pm on Sunday afternoon. Meet up location is the Adaptive Sports Center in the town of Shaver Lake.
Single Days: If you prefer to come for just one day, we have scheduled several single day sessions. All single day programs begin at 9:00 am and end at 3:30 pm. Meet up location is the Adaptive Sports Center in the town of Shaver Lake.
Depending on space and availability, we welcome family to attend with you. Detailed agendas, program fees, and additional information will be provided upon inquiry. Financial aid is available to those that qualify. This summer, Veterans and members of the Armed Forces with disabilities as well as all persons with spinal cord injuries may participate free.
